Returns

At The Gift House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, a purchase may not meet your expectations. While we don't offer exchanges, we do offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds are accepted up to 30 days after process is initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please initiate the Return/Refund by contacting our customer support team.   You can reach us at customerservice@gifthouse.com. After contacting us, we will provide you with an authorization number and instructions.
